review PostgreSQL Developer's Guide (E–pub/Pdf) PostgreSQL Developer's Guide BY Ibrar Ahmed, Asif Fayyaz, Amjad Shahzad This book leaves me with mixed feelings. Chapters 1 4 are good at describing basics of Postgres and PL/pgSQL, but have somewhat fussy explanations (e.g. exclusion constraints). The purpose, order and content of other chapters are questionable. They cover one tenth of material that possibly can go there These are not the reference and not the primer (especially the capter 9 on libpq).

I don't understand how somebody can publish something like this. Three authors and three reviewers and the final result looks like poor copy pasted presentation of 14 years old student :/
